A Kozikaza alternative, free and without an account
Kozikaza closed on 22 April 2025. Its plans moved to Kazaplan, Leroy Merlin’s 3D planning tool, which stays free but requires a customer account to save a project.
What Kazaplan does well
- A 3D walk-through of the house, room by room.
- Free high-definition renders, five a day.
- Everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
What Plan² does differently
- No account: you start drawing straight away, and your plan stays on your device.
- A 2D plan dimensioned to the centimetre, with each room’s area worked out from its walls.
- The plot is part of the plan: fences, gate, terrace, pool, trees and vehicles.
- No 3D: the editor opens in a second and stays readable on a phone.
Which one to choose?
If you want to walk through your future home in 3D and furnish it from a catalogue, Kazaplan does that job very well. If you want an accurate 2D plan to share or print, without opening an account with a retailer, Plan² gets you there faster.
