A Kozikaza alternative, free and without an account

Kozikaza closed on April 22, 2025. Its plans moved to Kazaplan, Leroy Merlin’s 3D planning tool, which stays free but requires a customer account to save a project.

What Kazaplan does well

  • A 3D walk-through of the house, room by room.
  • Free high-definition renders, five a day.
  • Everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install.

What Plan² does differently

  • No account: you start drawing straight away, and your plan stays on your device.
  • A 2D plan dimensioned to the inch, with each room’s area worked out from its walls.
  • The lot is part of the plan: fences, gate, patio, pool, trees and vehicles.
  • 2D plan first (3D view planned): the editor opens in a second and stays readable on a phone.

Which one to choose?

If you want to walk through your future home in 3D and furnish it from a catalog, Kazaplan does that job very well. If you want an accurate 2D plan to share or print, without opening an account with a retailer, Plan² gets you there faster.

Plan² plans a 3D view, not available yet: meanwhile the 2D plan is complete.
